Genuine Scooters has partnered with a new roadside assistance provider called Driven Solutions. This change will become effective on 12/1/2016.

· Your customers will receive information about the roadside assistance program when they receive their MSO. A Welcome Packet will no longer be mailed to them.
· An 800 number is provided in the program.
· No card is needed. The ID number for the policy is the VIN of the scooter.
· The roadside assistance policy is initiated when you, our dealer, warranty registers the scooter in Simply Warranty. If you do not register the scooter, your customer will not have coverage.
IMPORTANT:
All scooters sold before 12/1/2016 will be covered by Road America, our existing provider. It is imperative that you warranty register any sold scooters by 11/30/2016 so your customer has roadside assistance coverage with the proper provider.
